  With Valentines Day tomorrow don’t forget your sweetheart but also remember those you care for.   Stop in and visit them.  I am sure they still love some candy or a card.   When you’re there check on the house both inside and outside.

  With the mild winter many of us have been enjoying, visit your stay at home seniors and encourage them to get out.  Take a walk or even just a car ride to enjoy the warmer weather.  Winter is not over yet and could still hit us pretty hard.

  Are you checking on your home bound family.  Make sure they are getting some form of exercise.  While you’re there check the food supply and house temperature.
