Spring is finally here, at least the weather is warming up. Now would be a great time to discuss with your home bound friends or relatives about helping them plant flowers. This is something they may have done for many years but may have difficulty now.

Staying with spring cleaning, check your home bound friends furnace filters and replace the batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Check the age of the dectors, they do not last forever and are inexpensive to replace.

If you are helping with spring cleanup for your stay at home elderly friends make sure to clean the gutters. Alot of debris can collect over the winter.

If you’re helping your home bound friends or neighbors with spring cleaning check the batteries in the smoke detectors. Check the installation date on the carbon monoxide alarms. They don’t last forever.
